Google Workspace for Education has rapidly grown its EdTech market share, but its products and services are not the most personalized and engaging. Appazur school mobile apps enhance your rollout of Google Workspace for Education by linking Google services to your school brand(s) and connecting them with other tools and content that you use.

Single Sign On (SSO) with Google means that staff and students won’t need an Appazur password!

You can share documents via the app and maintain them using these Google tools.

Google Calendar

Google Calendar Students, parents and staff benefit from your Appazur app’s unified calendar view, allowing them to subscribe to the school, class, parent and extra-curricular events they’re interested in, and viewing them in one place.

All your public (and optionally, private) Google Calendars can be synced with the app, including website calendars and Google Classroom calendars.

Google Classroom

Each class in your Appazur app can link to the corresponding Google Classroom. When iOS users tap the link, their Google Classroom app will be opened seamlessly.

Your class has its own Google Calendar, and you can easily set up your class in your Appazur app so that your class events and due dates will show up on students’ and parents’ calendars. Read more in the Dashboard Guide.


If your school is fortunate enough to be rolling out a 1:1 Chromebook program, a Chromebook-compatible Appazur Android or Progressive Web App (PWA) is a great way to enhance it! Your Appazur school app will put your school brand at the top of each student’s app list, and provide a single place to find:

  • Important dates
  • School, class and club news
  • Class websites
  • Teacher emails
  • School policies
  • and more…

As a digital planner/agenda, the app can also be used to:

  • Keep track of homework
  • Take notes
  • Remember personal appointments

And with the optional Digital Hall Pass feature, the tablet is your hall pass!

Single Sign On with Google accounts makes it easy for Chromebooks to be shared between students, with separate settings and data for each user.

Students can use the app on their personal iOS or Android device as well for a consistent experience. And homework or assignments entered in their school device will appear in their personal device, and vice versa.
