Aspen/MyEducationBC

This documentation is for school districts that have the Follett Aspen® Student Information System (SIS), or a version of Aspen such as MyEducationBC (for British Columbia, Canada schools).

Staff Accounts

Import Staff Accounts to populate the Staff Contacts screen of your app and to grant Dashboard permission.

Note: this process may be automated in collaboration with your school district: School District Staff List Synchronization

• Staff Export

Classes

If your app includes Classes, you may import them. Please import Staff first, so that when classes are imported the teachers can be granted permissions automatically.
